Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. Jumping® was born of the idea of developing a training program, that would considerably strengthen body and mind while keeping fun in mind.
The basis of Jumping® is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and ”power sports” elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one’s whole body will be strengthened.
Jumping® is three times more effective than jogging. This is due to the constant gravitational changes, which involve more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time. Far more than is the case with most other types of endurance sports.
Starting in Europe in 2001, it arrived in Asia for the first time in 2014 in South Korea. With over 150 studios and 400 certified Jumping® instructors in South Korea alone, Jumping Fitness has attracted huge popularity within a short time. Combined with that, there are more than 1000 Jumping® fitness centres in more than 50 countries around the world.

Ritchie hails from Penang and have been teaching Jumping® since 2015. He chanced upon Jumping® while living in Seoul, Korea.
"In an urban life, we are constantly busy with work and can't seem to find much time to exercise. I was also bugged with a recurring knee and ankle injury due to many years of playing competitive badminton. With just 30 to 40 minutes of Jumping® fitness exercise a day, I hope to bring fitness to a whole new level where everyone can exercise effectively within a short time while enjoying the best of music and bouncing fitness!"

Fieza is a member of the 5th batch of trained instructor and is based in Kuantan, Pahang. She started her fitness journey as a Zumba instructor & has multiple certifications in different fitness program. Realizing her dream to inspire others to a fit & healthy lifestyle, she started her own studio, Senorita Fitness Studio in Kuantan. She later took up Jumping Fitness in 2019 and started the first Jumping Fitness program in eastern coast of Malaysia. Be sure to take part in one of her Jumping session, mixed with a taste of Zumba.
